We are a company that is hired by other companies to find employees for their organizations. Our clients are the companies who hire us to find employees. We are paid by the employers looking to hire - not by job seekers.

Our services for job seekers are completely free. In fact, it is illegal in many states to charge job seekers/applicants anything for our services. We wouldn't recommend any agency that asks a job seeker to pay a fee.

There is no guarantee that you will find a job through The Bravedale Group. Any agency that promises you otherwise is not being truthful. However, we have established strong working relationships with a number of employers, and our goal is always to introduce great candidates to great companies.

The requirements of our clients and the specifics of each role dictate the process. All candidates are interviewed and vetted carefully by us before consideration. Depending on the position, you may be required to complete things such as skills assessments, an employment reference verification, a criminal background check, and a drug screen.

The upload also allows you to include some notes, so include any relevant details and describe the type of position that you are interested in. After your resume is reviewed and entered into our database, a representative will contact you as soon as a possible matching position becomes available.

Employers choose to use us for a variety of reasons.
Sometimes an employer has exhausted their recruitment efforts first before engaging with us; other times, an employer wants to cast a wider net by taking advantage of our contacts and passive candidates. We have access to an extensive talent pool, the latest technologies, and a range of tools and methods to find the very best people.

Employers may also use us to outsource recruiting due to time constraints. We do all of the legwork and quickly reduce what can be a large, drawn-out process down to just a few highly-qualified candidates.
Sometimes we are engaged with a client because it is a confidential search and the client can remain anonymous.
Reasons vary, but we can provide a full placement guarantee, so the risk is low and return can be extremely beneficial as compared to running a traditional job search.

Yes, you are never restricted or exclusively obligated to use our services. In fact, you are never required to interview any candidate that we send you (but we sure bet you'll want to). You can always search for and hire workers through any other method you see fit. You would only incur a fee if we send you a candidate and you hire them.

In addition to using all of the leading sites for traditional job searches and postings, we are also constantly pipelining candidates - in other words, we actively seek out potential candidates now for future use. By locating talent for future possible positions, we've amassed a valuable database of hidden gems: qualified candidates who would be otherwise impossible to locate because they aren’t actively looking for jobs.
Networking events:
While technology has made it easier to both find jobs and find candidates, it hasn’t replaced the value of face-to-face networking. Job fairs, conferences, meet-ups, and other events are still the best way to make connections. These events allow us to network with active job seekers, meet professionals in that industry, identify candidates who are strongly engaged for future hiring purposes, and learn more about positions in that field.
Industry relationships:
We maintain strong relationships with specialized recruiters and industry-insiders across the country. We tap these valuable resources whenever we want to dive even deeper into a particular talent pool.
Employee referrals:

As for specific assessments and verifications, we cater to the needs of the client. Some companies prefer to administer certain pieces themselves, but we offer the ability to run specific skill assessments, employment verifications, reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings.
